Miss.Kohler holds degrees in both Music Education and Percussion Performance from the University of Akron. She has been teaching percussion lessons at Jackson Massillon school of music for the past five years specializing in concert percussion, world percussion, marching percussion, as well as drum set. She is currently the Choral Director at Akron Preparatory School, where she teaches choir and general music classes for grades K-8. Miss. Kohler has also been instructing the Strongsville drumline since the 2017 season. She loves music and teaching percussion!
