Woodwind Lessons for All Ages

At Jackson Massillon School of Music, we offer lessons across all of the woodwind instruments. Our teachers specialize in the individual disciplines of Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute, Oboe and English Horn. Band students that achieve the highest ratings at OMEA Solo & Ensemble, that are placed in the highest bands, and sit in the highest chairs are often enrolled in specialized private lessons on their instrument.

Our teachers offer a comprehensive approach that will not only help students achieve success in their band programs, but will have them grow into complete well-rounded musicians. Woodwind lessons at the Jackson Massillon School of Music are available for students of all ages. 

At JMSM we strive to create individualized lessons, tailored to each student’s learning styles, needs, and interests. Our lessons are not only informative and challenging, but are also fun and rewarding. We also offer stimulating workshops, activities, and performance classes for students so they can enjoy learning new things or reviewing fundamentals in a fun setting with peer support.
